Our services include:

• Doctor consultation requests
• Hospital appointment requests
• Laboratory test bookings
• Prescription-based medication ordering
• Digital health record management
• Medova Pro subscription services
• Healthcare provider management tools

Medova coordinates healthcare access but does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or emergency medical care.

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or
• Have a parent or legal guardian create or manage your account.

You agree that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• Maintaining accurate profile information
• Updating your medical information where necessary
• All activities conducted under your account

Medova reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Medova helps coordinate healthcare services by connecting users with verified providers. Healthcare decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed healthcare professionals providing treatment.

Medova does not guarantee medical outcomes or treatment results.

Hospitals, doctors, laboratories, and pharmacies joining Medova must provide valid licenses, certifications, and other verification documents before approval.

Medova reserves the right to suspend or remove providers that fail verification requirements or violate applicable regulations.

Patients may request:

• Doctor consultations
• Hospital appointments
• Laboratory tests
• Prescription medication orders

Appointment availability depends on provider schedules and operational capacity.

Medova may reassign appointments when necessary to ensure timely healthcare delivery.

Prescription-only medications require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare professional.

Medova reserves the right to reject medication requests that do not meet applicable legal or medical requirements.

Payments made through Medova are for services provided by Medova as described on the Platform.

Prices displayed within the app may include consultation coordination fees, booking fees, subscription fees, or other applicable service charges.

All payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.

Medova Pro is an optional subscription service that provides additional benefits, including:

• Discounted consultations
• Discounted laboratory services
• Discounted medication orders
• Priority service assignment
• Faster appointment processing

Subscription benefits apply only while the subscription remains active.

Subscriptions automatically expire unless renewed.

Hospitals, laboratories, pharmacies, and freelance doctors may subscribe to Medova's partner plans.

Partner subscriptions provide access to platform features, patient management tools, and booking opportunities.

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

Patients may cancel appointments according to Medova's cancellation policy.

Refund eligibility depends on:

• Service status
• Timing of cancellation
• Applicable payment policies

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.

You agree not to:

• Provide false information
• Impersonate another individual
• Upload fraudulent prescriptions
• Misuse the Platform
• Interfere with the security of the Platform
• Attempt unauthorized access to Medova systems

Medova securely stores health-related information to improve continuity of care.

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of medical information submitted.

Healthcare providers may access patient records only where authorized for treatment purposes.

All content, software, trademarks, branding, graphics, and materials available on Medova remain the property of Medova or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Platform without written permission.

Your use of Medova is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described in that policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Medova shall not be liable for:

• Medical decisions made by healthcare providers
• Delays caused by healthcare providers
• Inaccurate information submitted by users
• Service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Medova may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse healthcare providers or other users
• Misuse the Platform
• Breach applicable laws or regulations

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Updated versions will be posted on the Platform with the revised effective date.

Continued use of Medova after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Any disputes arising from the use of Medova shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nigeria, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
